This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

- Gift vouchers must be booked in advance no less than 7 days prior to your intended visit date quoting the gift card number, emailed to us at soho@chotto-matte.com

- All gift vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival as well as mentioned when booking.

- Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Purchase of a gift voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

- Guest cancellations of voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of that restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Where a monetary voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.

- Promotional purchases entailing a discount to the voucher value, cannot be redeemed on certain special days including Valentines Day, New Years Eve (please ask when booking) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

- Any items ordered in addition to your voucher value, are not included and will be payable on the day. A 15% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your voucher value on the day.

- Gift vouchers to be redeemed at Chotto Matte Soho & Marylebone.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
- All gift vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of sale. Gift vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the gift card beyond the stated 10 month validity period.
- Gift vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
- Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where gift vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.

- Monetary vouchers can be used as full or partial payment

- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
