- Gift vouchers must be booked in advance no less than 7 days prior to your intended visit date quoting the gift card number, emailed to us at soho@chotto-matte.com

- All gift vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival as well as mentioned when booking.

- Promotional purchases entailing a discount to the voucher value, cannot be redeemed on certain dates including, and not limited to, Valentines weekend, New Years Eve (please ask when booking) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

- Experiences are only with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking.

- A 15% discretionary service charge is included within the voucher value. Any additional menu items ordered that are not included within the voucher value will be payable on the day.

- Gift vouchers to be redeemed Chotto Matte Soho only.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
- All gift vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of sale. Gift vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the gift card beyond the stated 10 month validity period.
- Gift vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
- Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where gift vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.

- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
